How it works
Our reimagined Hogan Lovells Cadwalader Brand Store combines accessibility and quality, making it easy to order the right products on your timeline.
Need it tomorrow. Our most high-demand, core items have been pre-designed and produced for quick and easy ordering – including notebooks, umbrellas, water bottles, bags, and more. This merchandise is available from three warehouses around the world to allow overnight shipping of small-batch orders.
Have a few weeks. Order larger quantities for bigger occasions from our virtual catalog. Choose from a wider range of unique options that balance customization with consistent quality. These items are perfect for events and recruitment. Larger or customized orders require a higher minimum and 3-6 weeks’ lead time.
Billing
On the brand store you can order items for the firm using a matter or expense number or you can make a personal purchase.
Firm purchase: If you're purchasing something for a client, your team, or another firm matter from our stocked items you'll supply your matter number at checkout and our finance team will account for the expense on your budget. You will still receive a receipt of your purchase for your records.
For our "Have a few weeks" items that need to be produced you'll still provide that matter number however you'll also receive an invoice after the fact to then process through our finance team for those items.
Personal purchase: You can purchase any of our stocked items for yourself. A report of your purchase will be shared with the finance team in your respective region to then deduct from your paycheck. There is a slightly different process at checkout depending on where you sit in the world.
Americas: If you sit in the Americas you'll supply your personal client matter number on the checkout page in place of a firm expense number and then the cost will be deducted for your next months paycheck. To find yours you can go to your profile on HLC Global and click on your fee earner number. If you have a personal client matter number it will direct you to that page.

Most folks will not have this by default so if you do not see a client matter number on HL Global than you just need to reach out to the 3E Master Data Team at 3Emasterdatateam@hlc.com and they will activate a number for you.
APAC and EMEA: If you sit in APAC or EMEA and are making a personal purchase you will need to provide your employee ID number. You can find that by going to your HLC Global profile.

For personal purchases made in our EMEA and APAC region the cost of the items may be subject to VAT, sales tax, or personal tax applicable in your country which could raise the cost to you. If you have any questions about your local jurisdictions added costs please reach out to your local finance manager.
